Dr. Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam VCN Born into the family of Chief John Okwor Nnam of Amechi-Uwani in Enugu South Local government on 23rd February 1984, Victor Chukwuemeka Nnam attended Robinson Primary school Uwani Enugu, University of Nigeria Secondary School and the prestigious Enugu State University of science and technology where he obtained Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Geoinformatics in 2007.
